Who were the members of jacobin club? what were their main contribution?

In France, during the French Revolution, Jacobin's was one of the most prominent and most influential of the clubs of the French Revolution. It was a club for the ones who wanted revolution.
Members of Jacobin club were from 3rd estate and mostly it consisted small shopkeepers, barbers, etc.
It's leader was Maximilian Robespierre. The club was full of radicals.
Following were it's main contributions-
(i) They opposed slavery till their diminish and abolished slavery for the first time in France.
(ii) They sought to limit the powers of the King.
After this the Reign of Terror (1793-94) begun. Robespierre punished all those who opposed his ideas. He arrested not only people from other parties but also from his party too if they opposed him. They were tried in court and if found guilty, then they were guillotined.
More than 15,000 people were guillotined and in 1794, after people were fed up by is cruelty, he was also sent to guillotine.
