Both Bohr's Atomic model as well as Quantum mechanical Model are widely accepted, But Bohr's atomic model cannot explain some of the phenomenona like Emission and Absorption Spectrum,

So for this conflict, Quantum Mechanical Model has been proposed,

These days, Not only in Chemistry but for in physics and Biology too, We use Bohr's model of atom as an basic model, Because it is easily understandable and has only 2 major defects,

But in some cases Quantum mechanical model is used, but we won't find it more usage in our day to day life, From our school days, Bohr's model is taught,

But when you go to college or Higher studies Quantum mechanical model will come in action i.e It's usage will be more,

Final Conclusion :

Both models are widely accepted but, Each one has it's own significance, But if we want accurate and correct model , We did better use Quantum mechanical model,

But if we want clean and better understanding of Chemistry Topics like bonding, We did better use Bohr's model,

So, Both have different significance and both are widely accepted,

Hope you understand, Have a great day !
