Oxygen will have a high electron gain enthalpy than fluorine becoz fluorine have 3 electron in p block and acc to hunds rule half filled or full filled electrons are more stable and fluorine is half filled and oxygen have one vacant inp block so it will easily except electron and thus have more electron gain enthalpy.
