1/0 = infinite
so,
1= 0* infinite
1/infinite = 0
why?
it is not calculated ,
1/1 =1
1/10= 0.1
1/100=0.01
1/1000 =0.001
1/10000=0.0001
1/100000= 0.00001
1/1000000=0.000001
1/10000000=0.00000 01...
.......
so we can' t calculate it
hope it helps..

Came across a very interesting question .
Why 1/0 is undefined ?
Okie ^_^
Let us say that 1/0 is defined .
Then we can say that 1/0 is equal to some variable .
Isn't it ? :)
Let us say that the variable is x .
So now comes the action :
1/0 = x
Well if you work a little harder , you can get this :
1 = x X 0
x multiplied by zero will always be 0 for any value of x.
But here we find it is equal to 1 O_o
This means that variable x does the trick here.
x has to be undefined because we do not have any specific definition for a number which if multiplied by 0 gives 1 .
Hope you understand !
