as for glucose(C6H12O6),
there is six c and 12 h which needs to be balanced this is the photosynthesis equation:
6CO2 + 6H2O + light energy = C6H12O6 + 6O2.
also most of the water is wasted by water vapours .but that is also a part of photosynthesis. thats why we need 12 molecules of water to satisfy the equation.
