Why a body is not moving this means force is equal to force of friction?

we know that friction is the force that oppose the movement of any body or force against force if we are moving it means friction force is less then the body force but in rest net force is said to be zero because if friction force will be equal to body force
or we can say that if 1 N body force and -1 N(in opposite direction) friction froce then net force will be 0
