at the equator we have maximum centripetal force due to max tangential speed (more speed because more far from axis of rotation) thus part of the gravitational force is used to keep you travelig in a circle and not to pulll ypu on the ground, thus the Centripetal force is equal to Gravity force minus the normal force, so the normal force is equal toForce of gravity minus centripetal force. but at poles normal force is equal to gravity force
