Why a person suffering from AlDS cannot fight even very small infections

AIDs is a disease in which the microbes totally damage the immune system and makes the body weak to release antibodies etc.. Therefore,a person suffering from AIDs  cannot fight even very small infections.

AIDS stands for Acquired immune deficiency syndrome which clearly states the deficiency and inability of an immune system to perform normally.

Immune system is a defensive system that protects us from the foreign invaders that causes diseases and infections but in case of AIDS, the immune system weakens and fail to fight any type or nature of infection.
