Why a person termed as accused and not as criminal until crime is proved???????

Because if there is no prove that that person is criminal how we say the he or she is a criminal ...Sometimes jo dikhta h wo hota nhi And jo hota h wo dikhta nhi...

criminal is the person who is accused (charged) .Responsible for the mistake is called accused.
