A tyre punctures easily in summer because in summer the temp is more. We know that air expands on heating ,Therefore one can easily conclude that the expanding hot air bursts the tyre.

On the other hand, due to the rise in temperature, pressure outside the tyre decreases while ths pressure in the tyre will be hire than that of the atmosphere , hence the gas would move easily out of the tyre to a less pressure region.
