Why a red light a seen in a circular way around the moon at night ?I want to know about the red light surrounding moon,not the red moon.​

moon reflects white light to earth so it looks white , white light is a combination seven colours . red light has long wave lengths than other six lights lo it travels long distance. Remaining lights are absorbed in atomsphere this phenomenon called as scattering of light
