why a stain of curry curry on a white cloth becomes reddis when soap is scurbbed and what happen when washed in water ?

because curry has turmeric which gives reddish yellow colour to white colour.
when soap is scrubbed micellis surround the stain and by reacting with stain ,it removes it.
