Why adolescence is considered the vulnerable phase?

Adolescence is considered a vulnerable phase because this is that age in which all the bad habits stuck to a child. In this age changes occur in each and every child instead of physical , mental changes also occur which needs to be take care with love. Because this is the only ahe when a child gets indulge in all the nonsence stuffs that's why it is considered as a vulnerable phase.
