Why alcohol and glucose cant conduct electricity?

The formula of glucose is $C_{6} H_{12} O_{6}$ and alcohol is CH3CH2OH . The chemical bond of the this solution is so strong that the $H^{+}$ ion cannot get separate from its chemical bond. therefore no acid nature is formed . thus these solution cannot conduct electricity
