Why alcohol and glucose doesnt have replacable hydrogen?

Alcohol and Glucose have H+ ions. Both of them can be regarded as not an acid,so they don't dissociate into hydrogen ions.

Compounds like alcohol and glucose do not dissociate in water to form hydrogen ions neither do they accept electrons. Hence, they are considered not to exhibit acidic behavior.
