Why allyl chloride is more reactive than vinyl chloride towards nucleophilic substitution reaction?

In allyl chloride the positive charge form can be stabilized by resonance due the presence of conjunction between them whereas the resonance it not possible in vinyl hence it is less reactive.

Note:- Stability is directly proportional to the reactivity.
