u can say both...bcoz...both of dependent to each other......
like if u change in one of them..automatically other will chnge

when we say that something is proportional it means that if one thing increases the other one also increases if the two things are directly proportional it means if the one thing increases or decreases the other one will respectively increase or decrease but if one thing increases and the other one decreases then the system is said to be inversely proportional a question is very good in fact but it is wrong not completely but partially because potential difference is proportional to the current and the current is proportional to potential let me tell you with the help of a pic quiz on solving the question
