Why am i not gaining height?
I was 150 cm in 10th and now in 11th too i am 150...

hey......growth decreses as age increses.

take more and more proteins

and also some streching exercise

It can be some nutrition issue or heriderty issue also consult any doctor for advice the best way to gain height is to do excersice like swimming and cycling.
