Amine salts are crystalline compounds with one or more of the hydrogen atom being replaced by organic substituents like alkyl (alkane chain). and aryl (aromatic ring) groups.
Aliphatic amines are generally soluble in water , because they can form hydrogen bonds with water.
This hydrogen bonding is not possible in organic solvents, so they are not soluble in organic solvent.
