If the judiciary is independent, it can freely take fair decisions. The government has no right to question any of its decisions or to chenge them for its own benefit. Whatever the judiciary says, everyone has to follow. Due to its independence of the government, it is also very difficult to remove a court judge once he is appointed to that position.

An independent and powerful judiciary is essential for democracy.

Allcourts at different levels put up the judiciary.

Indian judiciary have supreme court for entire nation and High court for state and other local courts.

INDIAN JUDICIARY

Judges have independent power.

Judiciary is above legislative and executive.

Senior most judges are appointed as Cheif Justice.

If appointed as a judge it is impossible to change him from the post.
