Why an object will sink if it is more dense than the liquid it is placed in?

An object will float if it is less dense than the liquid it is placed in. An object will sink if it is more dense than the liquid it is placed in.

Explanation:

There are three condition work on floating in water:

if the density of object is less then the water then it float on water.

if the density of object is nearly equal to density of water then it hafe float and hafe inside water.

if the density of object is more then the density of water then the object sink inside water.
