In other's point of view Horace Danby was a very noble and good citizen. He was a lock maker. He was 50 years old and unmarried.

He was having a hobby to read very expensive and rare books. For buying these books he used to break open a safe once a year. For buying those books he had 2 agents also.

Once he tried to break open a safe. For this he went to a mansion. There as he entered the room he got disturbed by the hay fever. He had hay fever from flowers.

Then there came a lady who was in red dress and was having Sharry , the dog with her. She pretended to be the mistress of that house. She prepared a fake story regarding the jewels and Horace Danby believed her.

Inspite of not having jewels with him , Horace Danby got arrested by the police, it was because the young lady was fraud and there were fingerprints of Horace all over the room.
