Why and how does the brook bicker?

When the brook suddenly emerges from the sally, it makes a lot of noise. The poet had used correct word at correct place i.e bicker, brook is born out of bicker means it is born out of making a lot of noise. Hence, the brook bickers to show its enthusiasm at its infancy age.
