as water is the most important component for the growth of plant so it is taken by root system and after that if we talk that how water enters continuously into the shoot system so answer for this is ---
if we give water to plant so we do not give water directly to the plant we pour It to the soil then soil absorbs it then after observing the water by soil the roots are thristy so for their need they they also absorb water from the soil soil becomes dry in again we pour water in that so it again
