Why and how Social Division takes place in the society?

Actually according to me, social division is a feudal mentality that the people still have, and because of which, social discrimination and inequality is born.

raizadaaduvet3: Social division gives rise to discrimination on the basis of caste system, religious feuds, creed,etc.
