When we do Friedel Craft Reactions we use AlCl3 which is a Lewis acid and Aniline is a Lewis Base , therefore The lone pair of nitrogen present on aniline get accepted by Al and forms a Deactivating Compound which slows down the rate of reaction. As a result reaction will get slow. That is why Aniline does not undergo Friedel Craft Alkylation/Acylation.
Hope it helps
