why animals cannot talk like humans??

Animals can't talk like humans due to the following reasons....

i) They don't have a well developed brain to talk like us...

ii) They have their own language and thus they don't know ours as we don't know their's language.

iii) Their vocal cord is not that developed to produce human-like voice orr sound.

All animals are “smart” in relation to the niche they occupy. We have to be careful not to “compare apples with oranges”. The extent and nature of data processing capability required for any particular niche depends upon the degree of interaction with the internal and external environment of the creature. We (uniquely) occupy a technological niche, requiring a huge degree of such interaction. For which this greatly heightened awareness of past, present and future can be encompassed within the concept of “reflective consciousness”. Uniquely enabled by language.
