Transparency of any material depends on the amount of light the material allows to pass through it, glass or glass-like materials have high transparency that makes them less reflective. If a material is absorbing light then also it can not be considered transparent because it is not letting the light to transmit through it. Hence, no other material other than glass is not transparent.
