WHY AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF SODIUM CHLORIDE IS NEUTRAL WHEREAS AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF SODIUM BI CARBONATE IS BASIC?

sodium chloride is formed form reaction of sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid , in which NaoH is strong base and HCl is strong acid , so neutral solution sodium chloride is formed ,in the other hand sodium bicarbonate is formed from strong acid NaOH and H2CO3 which is weak so this salt is basic in nature
