Dalits- in past decades dalits are treated as untouchable so that the are not allowed by teacher to sit in classroom i.e DR BHEEM RAO AMBETKAR

Muslims- in previous decades muslim used to study quran shareef instaed of going school.

Tribals - as we know that tribal lives in forest and in previous decades it very difficult to go out of forest therefore the does not have facility to go school. And the goverment face difficultes to establish schools in tribal area .

Answer:

1) these downtrodden sections of society are economically backward so their parents can't afford their children to go to school

2) lack of awareness about free and compulsory education

3) In most of the cases their parents force Thierry children to engage in some earing activities so that they could financially support the family and can understand the value of money.
