why are China, Estonia and Saudi Arabia non democratic countries though they declare themselves as democratic? explain.

I can help u out in regard to China!
In China, the Communist Party has been getting elected. Though it has declared itself democratic however, they don't allow any other Party to stand in the elections. Only candidates of Chinese Communist Party can contest on election.
However Democratic govt gives the provision of all political parties can contest in elections freely.
