Concave mirrors are used by ENT specialists, dentists to see inner parts of mouth, but not convex mirrors.

1. Dentists have to identify the minute parts of teeth.

2. So,The concave mirror provide a clear and magnified image of the tiniest of the things in the mouth.

3.Then it will be easy to identify the problem.

4. The concave mirrors forms an enlarged image of teeth.

5. But the convex mirrors form a virtual image and after reflection from the mirror the light rays diverge.

6. So the dentists use conve mirror.
