Answer:

Cooking utensils are made uo of copper and aluminium because they are good conductors of heat and hence food can be easily cooked in them. Their handles are made up of plastic because plastic is non conductor of heat due to which the handles do not get heated and we are ablele to hold the utensil with their help!!

Answer

Cooking utensils are made of metal such as copper, aluminium, brass, steel etc., so that heat is easily conducted through the base to their contents. But they are provided with handles of bad conductors (such as ebonite or wood) to hold then easily as handles will not conduct heat from the utensil to our hand.
