Why are coral reefs not found in the regions of West Bengal to Andhra Pradesh but are found in Tamil nadu and on the east coast of India?

Coral reefs are formed in the areas of tropical environment, high salinity, no fresh water inflow and little or no siltation. These conditions are found on Tamilnadu coast but not in the area of West Bengal to Andhra Pradesh.
