➡️ due to sudden activity, there is a requirement of oxygen. since body can't fulfill oxygen demand so fast , so it undergoes anaerobic respiraton.
➡️ in anaerobic respiraton, the lactic acid is formed which gets accumulated in the muscle cells and causes cramps .
