as the Earth rotates the season changes season by season winters are smallest because because they are cooler that's why they are winters are smallest and summer days are longer because there are 30 days

Days are longer in summer and nights are smaller because during summer sun is directly facing the particular hemisphere. The rays of Sun's rays fall directly and the hemisphere experiencing summer is tilted towards the sun.
And hence experiences days longer.
