because it causes disaster to human being and also it is physically occurring disaster and its unique physical feature like earthquake, cyclone, landslides and other natural occurrence in nature which causes destruction to the life is known as hazard

Due to flooding, there is disruption of services i.e., transportation and communication. In the aftermath of flooding, there are many health problems.
There is also loss of life. Also, the area takes a long time to recover.
