forests are essential because they are the home of wild animals and birds . plants provide oxygen for breathing and helps in maintaining the temperature of earth.
many raw material we get from forest like wood, sandals, fruits, vegetables, rubber, etc
birds make nest by using leaves and wood and stem on which they feed their young one
