why are glaciers not found in our surroundings?

For glacier to be found in a place, the temperature must be either 0 degree celsius or less than that. Since temperature of our surrounding is much more than 0 degree celsius, glacier is not found.

since the temp. of our surrounding is not 0 degree and is normal thats why the glaciers are not found in our surrounding as glaciers are formed only in 0 degree or below....
