because glaciers are found only in the cold regions like north pole and south pole. Our region is located in tropical and temperate zones. It is too hot for the glaciers to be found in our surroundings. even if there was a glaciers it would melt quickly.

Glaciers are not found in our surroundings as we do not live in a surrounding which has a temperature low enough to support snow cover and glaciers.
