Why are goods sold in permanent shops costlier than those sold in the weekly markets or by roadside hawkers?

Permanent shops have many overhead charges but roadside hawkers spread their goods on a blankets which is temporary. Permanent shops pay rents, electric charges and salaries to many people also which is the reason theiron items are costly.
