grass eating organisms are called as herbivores and they need cellulose enzyme present in the food of plants and bacteria present in their stomach ate metanogens which is present in their stomach.These organisms first they eat foid fastly without chewing it they swallow the foid and later they sit and bring back the food to mouth and chew it properly.So they r called as ruminants
