Internal factors of a business enterprise are regarded as controllable factors because by doing various amendments these factors can be controlled. For example, if an employee is not working up to the mark for having done some wrongdoing he or she can be removed with immediate effect. Simultaneously if the management is not working properly or is lazy the shareholder can change the management by completing some task.
