Why are lysosomes known as 'suicide-bag' of a cell?

lysosomes are cell organelles in a cell. they are sucide-bags of the cell cause they contain some enzymes which are released when the cell is injured to prevents the other cells from being infected.

Lysosomes are called as suicidal bags of cells bcoz they contain destructive enzymes in them and when any foreign body enters the cell these cell organelles releases destructive enzymes and will kill the foreign bodies.and also the waste which is produced in the cell is sent to these lysosomes so that these digest those wastes.and when any virus enters into the cell these cell organelles releases destructive enzymes and will just blast out the total cell before the virus spreads.
