Why are maximum jute textile located in the Hugli basin in Hindi

The main reason for concentration ofJute factories around the Hugli River are: West Bengal is the highest producer of raw jute. Jutemanufacturing requires a lot of water. Locating factories near the river ensures ample supply of water to the factory.
