Why are most of the peninsular river drain into the way of bengal ? Give reason.

the peninsular folds and the slope divert these rivers so that's why it is drain into bay of begal hope u like it

Most of the Peninsular Rivers drain into the Bay of Bengal because:

1. The Eastern Ghats are lower than the Western Ghats and moreover the Eastern Ghats are discontinuous providing the rivers an easy passage to the Bay of Bengal.

2. The Deccan Plateau slopes towards the east.
