Neurons are amitotic in nature .

neurons are highly specialised cells which are also called as nerve cell

if any how neurons cell are destroyed they can't replaced .

The reason for this is mitosis Absent in neuron.

In the cycle of the neurons they can't go through the mitosis hence they are called. as amitotic .(which can't replaced )

neurons can last the life time they live throughout the Life.

Neurons can only die in the process of migration and differentiation of the neurons.
