Because as we know that water is an universal solvent it dissolves no of nutrients , salts into it so after the flood , more no of salts , micro nutrients , harmful chemicals, oils and so on gets dissolves into it , when we boil the water the rate of dissolved particles get decreases , it becomes less harmful and its reactivity decreases it evaporates in the form of water vapours ..... and becomes less harmful .....
