If it is a metallic container than yes pickle will react

plastic is not a relatable metal and as pickles have some kind of preservatives and acids in it it is stored in plastic container.

pickles are stored in plastic containers because plastic does not react with any substance. it is non-reactive when we store any substance in plastic it does not get damaged quickly .
