Why are potassium and cesium rather than lithium used in photoelectric cells?

Due to low ionisation enthalpy, potassium and caesium eject electrons when exposed to light.

where lithium has highest ionisation enthalpy due to which it can't eject electron and can't be used in photoelectric cells
